> The Information is Processed Late in the Afternoon
By mining the arrest information late in the day, LMD processes arrestees that were very recently booked. You receive the information, by email, before the last mail run of the day so that your materials are in the mail and received by the client immediately. In many cases, clients will receive your information on the day following their arrest.

Example: John Doe is arrested on Monday at 4:00 a.m for DUI, but is not completely processed through the jail until Monday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. LMD will have John Doe on the list of potential clients and ready for you to contact.

> The Addresses are Corrected and Standardized for You
LMD uses the U.S. Post Office CASS certification method to provide the most accurate address possible which includes ZIP+4. This method insures that any missing information in the arrestees address is fixed, processed according to the U.S. Postal requirements, and provided to you ready to mail. LMD even deals with issues where the ZIP is not provided in the original or the information is misspelled.

If your client target base consists of something as obscure as Male, older than 35 years old, charged with Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, with less than $50,000.00 bond, and who does not live in Zip Code 33625; that is exactly the information you will get. The contacts can be tailored and refined to your specifications by virtually any criteria you select.

The mailing labels you receive everyday are pre-formatted and customized to fit directly on the mailing labels. Simply double-click the file and print the labels. If you have non-standard labels it's perfectly OK, LMD will gladly format the file to fit your labels. You will have to do virtually nothing in order to get professional looking and formatted labels directly off your printer. It is incredibly simple.

> The Daily List Can Be Provided in a Mail Merge Format
There are times when only a custom letter will do. If you decide that a custom letter tailored for each client is best, LMD can provide you with a data file ready to be merged directly into your contact letter. LMD will even prepare the merge document with your word processor, create all of the appropriate macros, format the template, and teach you how to merge the data.
